What the first hour is for
Steel Fighters, by WeShowProjects, asks you to mix parts from more than 100 robots, fight endless floors and bosses, collect Scrap in the Junkyard, then upgrade, rebirth, and challenge other players. Servers hold up to 12 players. The first hour is one working robot and a Cash and Scrap loop, not a full army.
Do these in order
- Like the experience and join the WeShowProjects group. The official description advertises a free robot for that pair of actions. Favorite the experience for the advertised free robot parts. The robot's name and the exact claim button are not in the description. A lobby prompt can send you to Join Community. Early footage opened that menu without showing the reward land, so if it does not appear, confirm the like and the group membership, then rejoin.
- Finish the tutorial. Code lists checked on 24 October 2026 say the Codes machine stays locked until the tutorial is done.
- Redeem the reported codes at the Codes machine in the Junkyard, next to the Events machine. Press E, or the mobile prompt, type into Type a Code Here, and press Redeem. Strings and rewards are on the codes page. The permanent +10% Cash and +10% Arena Damage codes are the ones worth typing carefully.
- Build one robot. At the Craft Station open Build Robot, fill Head, Torso, Left Arm, Right Arm, Left Leg, and Right Leg from My Parts, and press BUILD ROBOT. The panel shows 0/6 before you pick. Steps are in Build a robot.
- Carry junk home from the Junkyard until you have Scrap coming in. One hundred deliveries is the Scrapper title. Details are in Junkyard Scrap.
- Send that robot up arena floors. During a fight the control can read RETREAT. A recovering state shows TELEPORT and RETREAT while HP comes back. Recovery time is not published. Floor targets are in Arena floors.
- Play with friends when you can. The listing advertises +50% Cash for that. It does not say how many friends, or how the bonus stacks with titles and passes.
- Reach level 10 and equip Rookie for +4% Cash. Then look at which title to equip.
Early targets that are actually short
| Goal | Why it is early | Why it can wait |
|---|---|---|
| Rookie, level 10 | Smallest Cash title, normal play | Only +4% |
| Scrapper, 100 junk deliveries | Starts the Scrap loop | Junk Tycoon wants 1,000 |
| Tower Climber, floor 100 | First floor Cash title | Floors 200 and 300 pay more |
| One matching six-part set | Perfect trait is +10% stats if all six parts are from the same robot | Part stats are not published, so a mixed set might still be stronger |
Leave these for later
- Unstoppable needs 250 arena floors in a row. A single loss breaks it.
- Phoenix needs seven rebirths, and the reset is not in the patch notes.
- Steel Champion needs Steel Pass tier 40 with Premium. Premium price is not on the public pass list.
- Buying every game pass. The eight passes are priced on Game passes. Speed and x2 Money are the ones that match early climbing. x2 Drops is 599 Robux.
When progress stalls
If the robot is recovering, wait for HP instead of starting another fight you will lose. If floors stop you, upgrade the robot you actually send in before you build a second weak one. If a code says invalid, check the numbers in AT0M3, S3CRETC0DE, and ULTRASECRETC3DE before you call it expired. Steel Crossfire codes are for a different experience and will not redeem here.
